That was just what we needed.
The whole experience was great, no complaints, would recommend. Liked location and food, everything was fairly clean and very good. I booked a room with an exceptionally comfortable bed, a seating area, iron/ironing board and a work desk.

Clean vibrant accommodation with magnificent location to artesani park and exceptional staff. Exceptionally comfortable bed and unique rooms. Welcoming staff, quick check in.

Great choice for trip. Perfect place with welcoming and very polite staff. Exceptional service, a car park available in front of the hotel. Magnificent location in Allston/Brighton district not far from the metro, 2 outlets, and a Uber cost around $ 15-20 to get into town.

The staff was absolulely what made this hotel above possible classifications. They were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable.
The hotel is on a street with not much of anything else. The interior really could use a facelift and update.

The location in a particularly good area was good and there were shopping malls and a market nearby. Also, there was Harvard University, set within 5 minutes drive.

Not a lot... The reataurant was by far the best (but not officially part of the hotel, just in the same building)...
Far from the city center (travel via motorway to get from hotel to city center). Basic hotel, furniture very dated. All in all little disappointing. Were greeted at reception by a young girl who was in a very bad mood...

The modern decor was lively and the free parking was a big plus. Staff were great, provided quick responses to extra requests, and the complimentary breakfast was actually surprising. While it was not close to public transportation, the spacious room and great atmosphere in the lobby compensated for that shortfall.
